Need Good Low TTL DNS service

I have an important web site that I would like to have an extremely reliable low TTL dns service for. I would like the TTL to be low so I can switch to a backup server in case of emergency downtime.

I don't mind paying some fee for the DNS service. I would like for it not to be hosted on my web server machine because I want to run as few services on that machine as possible for security reasons.

Currently, I use sitelutions as a free dns, but I am worried that if I set the TTL too low, they might cut me off without warning. It is basically in their TOS that they can cut anyone off without warning (afterall the service is free). Should I use the zoneedit paid service? Any advice? Thanks!
