I need help installing RoundCubeMail

I need some help installing RoundBubeMail on my VPS. My control panel is Webmin.

I can't seem to get passed step 4 in the install guide. I pretty much dont know how to create database tables using the queries. I have created a database and a seperate user account, I just dont know how to do the rest.

Can anyone help me get this installed and configured? I really would like to get an email program setup on my server because i dont have one yet.
