To NAT or not to NAT
Currently we are in a non-NAT environment with hosting Controller, Mailenable, SQL and MySQL all on different servers. As more customers request individual SSLs, we are finding that we have only 1-2 IPs left.As such we are considering switching over to a NAT environment and would like to know the pros and cons of doing so, especially with our multiple server setup.
Would multiple SSLs behind NAT even work? Is it possible to forward based on MAC address in addition to IP?
We are considering a Cisco PIX 506E if that helps.
Thanks.
