Editing DNS zone inside cpanel (not entering whm)? How?

Hi,

I want to give my customer the ability to edit dns zone for his domains. He has a adsl connection(dynamic ip) so the ip changes 3-4 times a day. But he is not a reseller so no access to whm. How can I make it possible with cpanel?

Any ideas?
