Restore cpanel account in Interworx on VPS broken?

I used sch to transfer client.tar.gz (1.3GB) cpanel bacup to the Interworx VPS. I tried restoring at least 5 times now, it fails after 10 minutes or so, with this error:
» Account was not restored. Please contact the server administrator.
I have no idea why. Anyone??
