Weird CPanel/EXIM Issue
Well Since we moved and transfered accounts our email server (SMTP/EXIM) allows us to send email via the sub accounts and not the main account. When we login to webmail, say Horde, it needs the main account to do so and it just won't let us login to the main account. I tried deleting it and transfering it back over.. I also checked the exim log and it just said said bad authentication.. Nothing else, and I know I'm using the right password.. I've logged into FTP/CPanel serveral times.. Even with Outlook.. I'm using authentication for SMTP server.. Also with it off it doesn't work.. Its a strange issue people seem to not know whats wrong. Email permissions are also correct as well. If anyone could shed some light on this topic it would be great.
