Keep getting hacked (****** is my host)
I am writing this because my bulletin boards keep getting hacked and I dont know what to do. I am running the latest version of vBulletin (3.5.4), I have tried changing my hosting account password to something rather complex (numbers, letters and symbols), I have deleted all unnecissary files from my server that could be causing possible flaws, and still they get in and keep replacing my index.php files with their own.
I am starting to think that it is not a flaw in my own site that the hackers are exploiting but rather a flaw on the servers but of course the technical staff at ******.com are doing nothing about it and have not been very helpfull at all. What should I do? Any help is much appreciated.
