Any server optimization gurus for hire out there ?
I am struggling with high loads on several of my servers and have been told everything from its hardware to its a DOS attack. The problem is that the people I currently use dont seem to be able to come up with a definitive cause - ie they are guessing and its not helping.
Just need someone who can basically make sure that all software is up to date, whatever is not needed is deleted, the box then hardened and optimized for mysql, apache, httpd etc.
