MXE & Mail Relay Problems.... HELP!!!

I have been working on this thing for 2 days now, with no luck at all...

I am running a server with webmin installed w/ CentOS 3.6

I am using sendmail as my mail server.

This server is using an ISP that only allows 1 IP Address.

I setup MXE at Namecheap.com as follows:

HOST NAME: mail MAILSERVER IP: IP address to server MAIL TYPE: MXE MX PREF: 10

Now everytime i try to email an email address i get the following error:

<ballston@hidden.com>
(reason: 554 <ballston@hidden.com>: Relay access denied)

... while talking to mail.hidded.com.:

<<< 554 <ballston@hidden.com>: Relay access denied
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable
<<< 554 Error: no valid recipients


I hide the domain names and IP addresses for security reasons.

Please tell me what i am doing wrong...
