For some reason my domain cannot resolve domains on the server level but my hosting, private nameserver, etc is working fine. Logged into ssh pinging sites like aol.com I get "ping: unknown host aol.com" and I can't run any Cpanel updates since I can't resolve domains to ip addresses. I played around with /etc/resolv.conf with public nameservers and still having the same problems. Googling the issue it seems like a problem like this can only occur there.
