Ways to stop outgoing SPAM?
Our hosting company has been faced with a question: how to stop uses from sending SPAM. While bad users can quickly be nuetralized, damage is often done before we can stop them.
What programs do you recommend to stop users from sending SPAM (possibly limit the outgoing number of emails per hour, checking keywords, etc)?
We are currently using Plesk (Qmail).
