2 DNS Servers, 2 Control Panels and One Headache

I currently have two physical servers.

1 server as a reseller from another hosting company

And the other server as my own dedicated server.

Right now, on my reseller account, I'm running a nameserver namely, ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com and I'm running cpanel on that server.

And I'm going to run DA on my dedicated server.

Is there anyway for me to perhaps point ns2.domain.com to my dedicated server and act as independent nameservers without interfering either control panel's work while at the same time mirroring all zone configurations between each servers so they act as a backup nameserver?

In a nutshell,

Server 1 is running
- Cpanel
- My Nameservers @ ns1.domain.com, ns2.domain.com
* No root/shell access
* Reseller for another company

Server 2
- DirectAdmin
- server.domain.com is the hostname
* Want zone config files to share between 1 and 2
* Full root access
* Own dedicated Server
I want my clients hosted on either Server 1 or 2 to point to ns1.domain and ns2.domain and the nameservers will automatically send their domains to the correct server's ip.
