Network traffic monitoring

I am trying to decide on which software to use to monitor my network and was looking for a little input on what everyone thinks is best. It would have to have the ability to monitor all traffic in and out by IP, switch, and port. I have looked at PRTG and a few others.

Budget for this software is a concern but would look at any and all before I made a decision. I am growing and am starting to pick up a few Colo clients. I would need it to display real time statistics and the various graphs and charts that would be downloaded and saved for referencing and billing. Any help would be appreciated.
