I had a very weird Windows 2003 server, all of a sudden, when I click on the IIS Icon, Events Viewer Icon etc all can't work. I need to manually key in for eg eventvwr.msc etc then they come out. Any idea why is it so and how to solve it?
Not a big problem just very troublesome for my clients.
