PHP "Nobody" Woes!!!

OK...I have seen many threads on this subject. WHM/Cpanel option "Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses".

This basically "Fs Up" all PHP mail scripts - cant route to external email domains. Its not the scripts- mail headers are correct. Its the server running as "nobody" Apache/php module. And Exim sends as nobody. I assume that this is an OS level user account and that there is nothing the PHP code can do to overide the: Received: from nobody by xxx.com with local (Exim 4.52)

So what to do - enable this option and be prepared for MASS EXODUS after many POd user emails. But scripts should run as the user id not "nobody". So whomever created this little option must not think out of their narrow box.

Now how many hosts are going thru the hassel to config suphp, phpsuex etc.. for a 5-10$/month customer?

Oh by the way..I'm not a provider..just a POd user mentioned above.

So I'd really like to educate my current host before I cancel my account..BTW - I really have no complaints with their service - just making tweaks that break and
not notifing before its implimented or the ramifications.

Any input?
