Users & Domains

I have a number of domains hosted on my vps and would like to set up email so that i can have users with the same name assigned to different domains.

Ok that wasn't very clear, what i need to be able to do is have 2 users with the same names but on different domains for example andrew@domain1.com and andrew@domain2.com

I use webmin but can't find anything in the Users & Groups menu that will let me do this, i'm getting quite comfortable with the command line so would be able to do it via ssh, could someone PLEASE point me in the right direction.
