IMAP and Outlook Express question
I am hosting a friends' account in my server.
He made an email account on cPanel and trying to set-up an IMAP email account on Outlook Express.
send/receive seems work fine, but he wants to keep "Sent Items" and "Drafts" folder on server. So in account settings "Store special folders on IMAP server" option is checked.
However, when he sends an email, and deletes the mail from "Sent" folder. He couldn't download the folder from server.
Question: How can we download "Sent Items" from Imap server in Outlook Express?
