Named failes, need your advise

i'm on VPS hosting

during this last 2 days, my accout was in down 2 times and both times the reason was: named (9.2.1) failed

first time, my main site was online, but all other sites in my account were in down.

second time, whole account was in down.

and as result my account was in down 10-15 hours ()

to my question what the reason of this , i got such a message from my hoster

I hope this helps.
unfortunately, i haven't any knowledge in server administration.
so i don't understand nothing.

i guess, (looking to this code) that user try to open file, which isn't and as result =>error sending response: invalid file =>host unreachable =>

correct my, if i'm wrong.

one question else.

can any invalid file request be the reason of this?
is this code (above) contain the answer why my "named" are failed

btw, now when my account is "UP" in WHM, Named status is failed.
i did restart, but unfortunately it don't help.
