I have a new server with Liquidweb which comes with a remote backup account. My problem is that I do not know how to access it. Below is what I received from Liquidweb which states You cannot access the server from outside of our network. What does that mean? I have a resync program from Ipswitch WS_FTP which I have used before but it will not connect to the Liquidweb Backup Server. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have google and searched this forum without finding and answer.

All access is provided through FTP.
