Restricting cPanel access to specific IPs
Hey everyone. Doing my best to learn all these Linux stuff, it's kinda' hard going cold-turkey from Windows 2003 to a Linux server
I've been trying relentlessly to secure my server, went through alot of guides and such, I've installed APF and now I'm wondering how can I block access to cpanel except for only a few specific IPs?
I access my main WHM panel through the :2087 port and typing the main IP of the server, and access the sites cPanel by typing /cpanel after the website domain.
I want to restrict these "open doors" so only me and my partners could access them. Probably 2-3 IPs.
Is there any other "places" where cPanel let people access?
Anyways, I could really use some help on how to do it, through APF or iptables, or maybe its something else?
Thanks for a great community people! Peace
