Very Strange Email Problem
One of my customers complains that his email account will randomly stop working and every time he simply runs the mail configuration registry file (available via CPanel) and it fixs it. He said that he hasn't changed any of the settings in his mail client so this is very strange. He is my only customer with this problem. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks.
