2 box (Pentium 2.4) vs 1 box ( Dual xeon 2.8)

Hello .
If i running a site with a very big mysq database ( about 200g ) and have a lot of user online , also do a download , which one is the best for me ?
*A : 2 Server with : Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz , 1G ram , 80G IDE hdd . so 1 server will running httpd and another will running Mysql server

*B: 1 Server with : Dual Pentium Xeon 2.8 ghz , 2 G ram , 1 73 G SCSI and 1 80G IDE for backup .
