I'm happy to announce that I will get my first dedicated within 2 or 3 days. Its a P3 (no raid, no scsi) running redhat 7.2 and webmin.

Could you people (already used to get running deds within minutes My first DED. Please help me with ToDo List :-) ) please tell me sort of CHECKLIST and help me to create a TODO list of all the things i have to/should install, what to check and monitor?

It would be also great if you could suggest me some good newsletters or mailinglists (security, patches, etc.) where anybody running a red hat server should be subscribed to.
