Server down right now...any advise?

Hi:
I could use a little help, as support obviously has gone to bed already Server down right now...any advise? One of my servers seems to be down, but only httpd requests. All ftp/telnet/tracerout works just fine.

Is there any command I could at at telnet to jump start httpd again?
