Just trying to gauge what people think the chances are of being able to totally secure a server after a root comprimise is without having to have a full reload. Basically the background is that I'm debating about changing the TOS that in the event of a customer having a root comprimise they would be forced to pay for an OS reload (or free reload as appropiate) and having their server harden before it being given back to them.
