Sock5 proxy setup problem

I'd like to setup a Sock5 proxy by new Laptop, XP.

I wired Comcas cable internet to laptop ，fixed IP; run CCPROXY to set up HTTP proxy first， run IE to access internet without problem 。then setup SOCK5 proxy ，and config and run PROXY CAP to handle SOCK5 proxy . when I run IE，on CCProxy I can see one (me) user is using this sock5 proxy to access internet , but this access can't go through, I can not see any page。
