Allow multiple e-mail connections
I have a client who is trying to download a large file via his e-mail. When he is in the middle of downloading it, his automatic send and receive setting kicks in and tries to connect to the server again. I think that the server then sees that there are two connections from the same IP and tries to temporarily lock it out. In the process, his download is terminated.
When he tries to download the file via webmail, he says it works fine. Is there a way to change the settings on his account to allow multiple connections from the same IP so that it will not kill his download? I think doing something like this should solve the issue.
