TM3 error loading cgi-bin files :S

I got this error:

[Sat Apr 22 09:06:49 2006] [error] PHP Warning: virtual(): Unable to include '/cgi-bin/tm3/m' - request execution failed in /home/user/public_html/page.php on line 1

line 1 is:

<? virtual("/cgi-bin/tm3/m"); ?>

Anyone knows about this and how to fix it ? i've been searching trough the net but just got a few result and no one fixed .

Checked for path cgi-bin/tm3/m and it does exists, permissions are ok, cgi enabled of course.. what can it be ?
