Level 3 Ping Time to Ebay Help Please

I am interested in having some servers with high reliability and low "ping" times accessing ebay for an ebay-speciffic application. From what I gather, they seem to be hooked up with Level 3 as a bandwidth provider.

I was wondering if anyone with a server in level 3 sunnyvale, or level 3 denver could run tcptraceroute on a few of ebay's servers offer.ebay.com, pages.ebay.com and tell me the results or post them here.

Ebay has blocked the ability to run traceroute, hence the need to run "tcptraceroute". God only knows how ebay has their network configured, so I have no idea if sharing their level 3 bandwidth would even make a difference in terms of reliability.
