on IE/FIREFOX -- DOWNLOAD -- but on Safari downloads as TEXT ??? plz help

When i download a .RAR file from my server it downloads fine but when a friend of mine downloads it from SAFARi.... it just shows him text...

I want it to force downloads.

Any way to do this...plz guide me the right direction
