Email address used in spam; what should I do?

It appear that one of my email addresses has been used in the 'from' field of spam - a piece of spam was bounced back to me from a spam blocker. Needless to say I'm worried about my own mail being bounced. Is there any action I could or should take? (I know that the 'from' field is easily forged.)

I'm quite certain that the spam did not originate on or pass through my system. This particular email address is on a system running postfix configured to only receive email only - it will not send email at all.

The bouncee spam appears to have been received from hosts/ips that I have no connection with. The 'Received' section of the spam is:

Received: from serv-2.lotsmorehosting.net (serv-2.lotsmorehosting.net [70.84.136.194])
by mailhost.realage.com (Spam Firewall) with SMTP id CE69E2001C01
for <mmcadams@realage.com>; Sun, 16 Apr 2006 23:29:47 -0700 (PDT)
Received: from awa (210.12.84.86)
by serv-2.lotsmorehosting.net; Sun, 16 Apr 2006 23:29:38 -0700

However, I don't know whether this information can be faked.

Thanks
