How to install Perl module(s) from Command Line

Hello,

Some months ago, when one of our client was having some issues using database with his Perl script and I installed some required DB modules from command line. I got to know about installing module by searching the received error message.

Now, I'm updating some AWStats modules (Geo::IPFree etc.) and it takes so much time to download, move files to Perl\lib directory and fix permissions etc. As i don't remember that method, i've to follow these steps How to install Perl module(s) from Command Line

So, I want to ask if someone knows how to install these modules from Perl command line to save the valuable time?
