Need WHM help!
We are a web development firm and have a client who is hosted on HostForWeb.com
He shifted from a shared hosting plan to a VPS plan. He has since then faced a lot of problems.
1. He can not login to PhpMyAdmin either through cPanel or WHM
2. He can not FTP to his site
3. Today when I logged in to WHM, I got a popup message about A Record missing or something like that
I realize that I could ask HostForWeb for help and am planning to do so very soon. But I would like some pointers or suggestions from you experts before I do so since I don't know much about WHM and I want to be better informed before I approach HostForWeb
Let me know if you people need any details. I can post screenshots of WHM.
