IIS running at snail pace
I've got a PHP based site hosted on a new IIS box, the CPU load and memory available are perfect. However it is serving this PHP/MySQL based site at a snail pace - any ideas (the MySQL server is also the local machine).
The server is a domain controller in our AD domain.
