Mysql upgrade to transfer accounts

I need to transfer my accounts from my server to another databases are not working, check the version and they are:

New server:
mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.25, for pc-linux-gnu (i686)

Current server:
mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.18, for pc-linux-gnu (i686) using readline 4.3

How can i easily update the mysql on my new server, i have cpanel, whm and root access.
