download speed
There is 100mbps data line at my server. I have a 2mbps internet line at my home, when I try to download anything the line speed 90-100kbps. Also when I checking this server CPU usage 0,5%, so why my download speed isnt almost 200kbps. Is there anything at apache configuration for limit the bandwidth?
