WHM error, propagation time, or what?
I have 15 sites in my whm panel,
It was told me to change to new IPs all my site, wich I have switched as soon.and assigned to each site the new IP and point to the proper dns.
40 hours later 1 only site show the the new assigned IP all the others are pointing to the host service IP wich is wrong.
Not only: whatever site I try to open they all point to the home page of the one wich has the correct ip
At the beginning I thought it was due to propagation time, but after such long time I think there must be some error.
A lookup at dnsreport.com revealed that the IPs had propagated,since now I can see that all the sites point to the correct IPs, so only in my whm panel they are wrong.
The IPs appears coorect also at whois lookup so I am confused here:
Why in the whm panel , under the List account, the ip they are wrong? (Wich in cpanel each site shows the correct ones?)
I have still all my sites down and I don't have clue to fix them (and I don't know if this issue could have been fixed many hrs ago).
Still I am not receiving support, sad to say, after I opened a ticket, I sent 3 emails I tried at MSN where nobody is available and sent an email from there with no answers
I hope some expert here will help me at least to understand what s going on.
