problem with imported account

I import some accounts from other server CPanel to Cpanel. But when I try to run one account it giving following error. I terminate account and re-create but same error. Any idea why it doing this? Cpanel and password working fine, all other accounts also working fine..

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the xx.xx.xx.xx home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
