Tech opinion needed. Please.
I am experiencing a situation I haven't encountered never before.I ask here since I am in these condition from over 26 hours now and my host service is not giving me support from 15 hours now.
I ask you here.
Yesterday I had informed that all my accounts would be moved from a server to another server.(15 accounts.)
On 13 of them I am running a joomla website, on the other two a simple php script.
I had also to switch the DNS/IP settings of course
Apart the first 12 hours wasted because the man behind the host just forgot to copy the files from a server to the other (sic) and he informed me after that, then he started the process of transferring the files.
After few hours I noticed that all my sites where still pointing not to the IP I assigned, as he provided to me, but to the host service main IP. and of course no one site was available (it is still like this)I am afraid this is not the best thing he could do.
Now the question:
I went to the whm cpanel and I clicked on the "list accounts" just in the field of the IP number and I receive an error like this one on all the sites running Joomla, while the other twos I can see them!

I remeber that in previous situations, when switching DNS, I could access my sites during DNS propagation, and to me it is logical too, because if the files are on the server I should able to see them , within the server localhost, right?Tat is proved also by the fact that the other two sites not on joomla I can see them.
To me this kind of error is uncomprhensible. Have you an idea what could cause it?
Is it normal? Did something went broken during the transfer....help please, I must understand to submit an appropriate support ticket
