HELP! Locked out of SSH!

Ok, so I was cleaning up accounts through WHM on my server and accidentally deleted the Admin. After I realised what I did I promptly recreated the account but it must have scrapped my public key information since it will no longer accept my public key file. Also I have direct root login disabled so I can't go that rout.

I am hoping my saving grace will be Cpanel and WHM. I can still access that and am hoping I can edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config through WHM some way.

Anybody have any ideas? Oh yeah and unfortunatly I have also disabled telnet.
