domain resolving
We've just leased our first ever dedi @ LT. No control panel - we want to learn as much, as possible, by doing everything on our own. We've already set up pretty much everything... it's only mail and dns stuff that needs to be set up.
Now I have a kinda stupid question - once a domain has been set up on the nameserver to point to a specific IP, how do I bind it to a specific directory on that server? Say I want to bind example.com to /home/myuser/sites/example.com/. How do I do it? Is it done by apache (httpd.conf) or something else?
If you could point me to some tutorial, it would be great. Sorry for my level of ignorance.
If it matters, we're on CentOS.
