This was his original message to me:

His cacti installation was all screwed and he had apache2 was misconfigured, I installed cacti and when I needed httpd to be restarted after adding Alias for cacti apache cannot be started showing problem with Order, AddType etc due to his previous mis-configuration adding php-mysql ( rather then choosing --with-mysql settings during php configuration with apache).
I had to re-build apache2 and made his httpd ON, and finally sorted cacti.
I mailed him this:

Finally all sorted, well whoever worked in this server needs a big slap as he was prepared to create a big problem leaving all problem to person who comes and install cacti and when he restarts apache gets full problem.
He installed php-mysql which creates huge huge problem,
I have to rebuild apache and restore everything as it was.

NOW, when it comes to payment he is claming that I deleted and screwed apache+php+mysql:
How in earth I was able to configure cacti if I had screwed Apache+php+MySQL.
