I'm using a cPanel VPS running on Virtuozzo, centOS 3.4. I tried to connect to my site via FTP but it says the server and/or hostname can't be found. I typed in the domain correctly. The server says that the FTP server is up and I've tried switching from proFTP to pureFTP and vice versa. I've tried restarting the server but nothing works. Anyone have any idea what may be the problem?
