WHM/CPANEL won't load (timed out) but host says they are ok??
On both IE and Firefox my whm (http://ipaddress:2086) and CPANEL's for my sites (http://sitename.com/cpanel) are timing out, not loading...

It's live and loads fine for them, and they aren't blocking my IP address.
More info:
The websites hosted on the server are loading, and my other reseller accounts WHM's and CPANEL's are loading fine, so I am totally confused as to why this one is not? They say there is no problem on their end (the host) so what could it possibly be?
