Denying control of mod_layout throught .htaccess
I am wondering if there is a way in apache to deny control of the mod_layout module through a .htaccess file. We are a free host, but we would like to offer paid hosting also, and obviously would want to remove any banners or things of that nature put in my mod_layout on some accounts.
Just wondering if this is possible, or if anyone knows where to start looking.
This will be on a cpanel box also
