plzzzz help me server load problem

the load of my server ofen hit skyhigh load then come down.

many times a day..even can hit 30.

the server p3.0 1g ram

when the load is high i found /usr/local/bin/php forked.php yourbestseek
this proccess

maybe it is httpd problem. a poor script casue it..but i can not found it.

can anyone help me
