How do I do a remote mysql login please?
I have a client who needs to setup a remote mysql connection to a database stored on their hosting account on my server.
I've never done this before and don't know what software to use on my windows pc or how to check the connection is working.
they are saying it isnt working, my server managers are saying it is.
