DNS Cluster (cPanel) Some Questions on VPS

Hi, I read through the forum and has some basic on how DNS Cluster works but I have some questions in mind.

I know cPanel WHM comes with DNS Clustering feature which enable you to sync DNS records on different VPS.

However what I am not sure is what the 'DNS only cPanel version' is for? Is it a requirement for DNS Clustering on multiple VPS?

What I am going to do is:

1. Get a DNS only cPanel VPS.
2. Setup DNS Clustering service to sync all records on the 2 VPS.

If this is the correct way, how should i start and do so that my ns1 and ns2 will be of both the IP my VPS?

And also once this is done is it advisable to delete DNS off the 2 VPS?
