Raid 1 Raid 5 config sugesstions?

Hello, I have just purchases a server that I have setup with Raid1 (2 SCSI 32GB) and Raid 5 (3 SCSI 73GB plus a hot spare). I want to install Fedora Core 4 and run a small web hosting service. My question is, how would I setup the filesystem? What would your suggestions be?

I was thinking someting along the lines of installing the o/s on the raid 1 and data on the raid 5. How exactly would I setup the filesystem during install? How would I setup the partitions?

I am still a bit of a newbie to Linux so please let me know if I need to clarify or if you would need more info to consider any suggestions.
