Cant access site. can ping

I can ping my sites ip 66.228.115.242 and can access ssh, and all the stuff, but when i try to view a page i've created under my account, it always times out for some reason.

Maybe someone here has had this problem/ or knows how to help me fix it.

any help is appreciated.
